Iedereen kan gratis een bouwer aan de lijst of een evenement aan de kalender toevoegen.

Tuur Segers (BE) and Andrea Roberto (IT) are two of the most talented young guitarists in Europe.
Andrea Roberto, began studying guitar at age 4. At 9 years old, he was admitted to the U. Giordano Conservatory of Music under the tutelage of guitarist Sandro Torlontano, and graduated with honors at the age of 14 with his bachelor’s degree. He continued his studies with Aniello Desiderio at the Koblenz International Guitar Academy in Germany. He has received a variety of international awards including the David Russell Prize for young talented musicians at the Conservatory of Vigo (Spain), the Parkening Young Guitarist Competition at Pepperdine, and the Joven Promesa Prize at the VIII José Tomás—Villa de Petrer (Spain) International Guitar Competition. In 2010 he won the Valter Cococcia Prize, which goes to the youngest Italian conservatory student graduating with honors. In addition to this he has won prizes in numerous other competitions including the International Competition of the Adriatic in Pescara, the Fernando Sor International Competition in Rome, the International Competition of Mottola and the Stefano Strata International Competition of Pisa.

Tuur Segers developed an interest for the guitar at a young age recieven his first lessons from his father. He has performed, amongst other places, in the Koninklijke Muntschouwburg, in ‘Bozar’ Brussel, the Basilica Festival of Vlaanderen in Tongeren, the guitar festival in Petrer (Spain) and the Wereldomroep in Hilversum. Additionally, Tuur was selected to play in the “fiësta de la guitarra” in Tallinn and Parnu in Estonia. Aditionaly he played with the ‘Rubens strijkkwartet’ in the Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, de Doelen in Rotterdam, the Philipszaal in Eindhoven and in Janine Jansen’s chamber music festival in Utrecht.
Tuur has won numerous prizes in competitions including: the ‘Dexia Classics’ in Brussels, the Andrés Segovia International Guitar Competition for Young Guitarists, the Anna Amalia International Guitar Competition for Young Guitarists, the Prinses Christina Concours, International Guitar Competition Brno, the Forum Gitarre Wien and the José Tomas International Guitar Competition in Petrer.

Tuur and Andrea are currently studying in Maastricht with Carlo Marchione.

“Onderwijs en muziek zijn onze wapens“.

De Singelijn Second’Air-school en gitariste Antigoni Goni nodigen u uit voor een bijzondere avond vol klassieke gitaarmuziek. De opbrengst gaat integraal naar de oprichting van de nieuwe school.

Singelijk Second’Air, middelbare school voor actieve pedagogie en integratie, zal het levenslicht zien in september 2016. Centraal in haar educatief model staat het jongvolwassen kind, acteur in zijn leerproces en ervaringen, auteur van de groepsdynamiek. Centraal in haar project de integratie van kinderen met een beperking.
Deze zelfde waarden van integratie en diversiteit en een pedagogie die vertrekt vanuit het globale kader verdedigt ook de Griekse gitariste Antigoni Goni, die voor de eerste maal het repertoire van haar nieuwe album “Hymn to the Muse” live vertolken zal op maandag 25 april in het Théâtre royal du Parc.
Antigoni Goni is gitaardocente aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium van Brussel en lid van zijn artistieke raad. Ze geniet internationale faam als ambassadrice van de gitaar en is een veelgevraagd pedagoge. Haar carrière rijgt een indrukwekkende 25 jaar van concerten en verscheidene albums aan elkaar, waarbij ze ook in de meest prestigieuze concertzalen speelde, zoals het Concertgebouw te Amsterdam, Covent Garden en Wigmore Hall in Londen, het Odon van Herodus Atticus Acropolis te Athene alsook het Bolchoïtheater te Moscou en de Weill recital hall van Carnegie Hall te New York.

NL: Los Reyes de la Baraja, dat zijn de koningen van het kaartspel: vier muzikale koningen zonder schatkist of koninkrijk, maar met de nodige humor en veel vuur! Het ensemble bestaat uit 2 gitaristen (Thomas Van Bogaert en Maarten Vandenbemden), en 2 tenoren (Koen Vereertbrugghen en Dick Vandaele). Zij brengen hun eigen(zinnige) interpretatie van traditionele Spaanse en Sefardische muziek, geïnspireerd door o.a. Manuel De Falla, Federico García Lorca en Joaquin Rodrigo.

FR: Los Reyes de la Baraja est un quatuor de 4 Rois musicaux; 2 guitaristes (Thomas Van Bogaert et Maarten Vandenbemden), et 2 ténors (Koen Vereertbrugghen et Dick Vandaele). Inspirés par Manuel De Falla, Federico García Lorca en Joaquin Rodrigo ils interprètent de la musique traditionnelle espagnole, arrangée à leur gré et selon la répartition instrumentale. “Los Reyes de la Baraja”, ou bien “Les Rois du Tarot”, est également une chanson qui figure au répertoire de ce quatuor-belge-avec-l’âme-ibérique.

EN: Los Reyes de la Baraja is a Belgian quartet: 2 guitarists (Thomas Van Bogaert and Maarten Vandenbemden), and 2 tenors (Koen Vereertbrugghen and Dick Vandaele). They can’t hide their mutual love for Spanish musical heritage and inspired by Manuel De Falla, Federico García Lorca en Joaquin Rodrigo they arranged traditional Spanish songs with a touch of personal magic. “Los Reyes de la Baraja” or, “The Kings of Cards” is also one of the more peculiar songs on their repertoire.
